Bairds of kentucky: FEATURE DOCUMENTARY

Bairds of Kentucky is the first feature documentary film I made, born out of a cache of well over 5000 feet of film (16mm, Super 8, Standard 8) that my direct and extended family had collected from the 1930’s - 1980’s. Along with reel-to-reel audio and tons of photos from the lives of my ancestors. The lives of farmers, bankers, bachelors, bootleggers, wranglers, moteliers, musicians and proselytizers from in and around the tiny little town of Adairville, KY.
